Haider Al-Abbadi eliminates the Government ministries and incorporating the other eight

Baghdad announced tonight on downsizing government Ministers Abadi from 33 to 22 ministries, abolish four ministries and Deputy Chairman and three to merge eight ministries in the second package of reforms announced by response to the demands of protestors demonstrating across Iraq for more than two weeks.
Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi said in a statement that based on the requirements of the public interest and based on the article (78) of the Constitution and the House delegation has decided to name people to reduce the number of Cabinet members to be 22 members in addition to the Prime Minister allowance of 33 members.
He noted that this reduction includes the abolition of three posts of Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Bahaa Al-araji, Saleh Al-mutlaq and economy services Nuri shawis as well as add to the abolition of the posts of the ministries of human rights and for women's Affairs and the State of affairs of the provinces and the House of representatives and State Minister without the Minister.
Abbadi also decided to restructure some ministries through the merger of the Ministry of science and technology, Ministry of higher education and scientific research and the integration of the Ministry of environment, Ministry of health and the Ministry of municipalities merge with the Ministry of construction and housing. In addition to merging the Ministry of tourism and Antiquities of the Ministry of culture.
And mandated the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers take the necessary measures to implement these decisions from the sixteenth day of August 2015.
This is the second package of reforms announced by Abbadi within ten days had decided on launch of first package of reforms, which included six resolutions were the abolition of three posts of Vice-Presidents and Deputy Prime Minister and three comprehensive and immediate reduction in the number of protections for State officials, including the three presidencies protections and Ministers and deputies and special grades and directors and Governors and members of the provincial councils and their grades.
As the dimensions of all senior positions for partisan and sectarian quotas and the abolition of special allocations to all presidencies, bodies and institutions of the State and retired them.

Parliament also issued other reforms package included 25 paragraph to supplement Pack Abadi legally and procedurally.
