Statement regarding the members and staff of the House of Representatives' salaries Parliament

Deliberated by local media today news on Tuesday, 18/08/2015 sit-in protest against the staff of the House of Representatives to reduce their salaries.
We would like to stress that what was published does not represent the true picture in all its aspects as the sit-in, which took place in the Council building on Monday was a very limited number of House of Representatives staff does not constitute 1% of the number of employees as all employees starting from the Secretary General of the Council of Representatives and special grades and staff in the Council it has been reduced salaries by 40-30% of salaries.
We also wish to inform all media that the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives which will be spent on 28 of this month, the salaries have been reduced by 45% of salary, according to the Department of Finance in the Iraqi parliament.
In conclusion, we emphasize that the Iraqi Council of Representatives and his staff strongly supportive and pro-government and parliamentary reforms recently approved by the Board and all subsequent procedures, and we call on the media to be accurate and credibility in the news.
