Saadoun: the constitutional committee in the Kurdish parliament to resolve the differences presidency of the province

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) a CKD MP from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Muhsin al-Sadoun, the formation of a constitutional committee in the Kurdistan region parliament to resolve differences over the province .
Shura Council of the Kurdistan region and announced that the regional president Massoud Barzani, will remain in office retains full powers until a political agreement or the holding of elections.
He explained in a statement to Al-Saadoun (IMN) that "differences on the presidency of the province, legal disputes and that the committee will decide the matter and take the appropriate decision" past to say "laid the foundations for the future of the province within the political orientation and the reality of the case and the interests of the Kurdish people."
Kurdish parties and sought to make another amendment in the Constitution of the region many of the materials most notably transforming the system of government in the region from the presidential to the parliamentary allowing Parliament naming the Kurdistan Regional Government and define the powers of the region's president.
