Iraq's Ambassador in Washington, lokman Feili, Sunday, the lack of commitment of the Kurdistan oil agreement violation with the Central Government, noting that the territory's 50% of oil Iraq outside the company "Sumo".
Faili said in an article published in the magazine "foreign policy", issued today, seen by agency/information/"Baghdad Government reached last December to a historic agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government under which exports the Kurdistan oil from Kirkuk fields through" Sumo "Centre".
"The agreement came in line with the Iraqi Constitution, while the Government in Baghdad Kurdistan region had ensured his fair share of the federal budget."
Feili stressed that "the Kurdistan Regional Government, taking to fulfil their obligations to deliver oil to Baghdad and exported through Sumo, and transfer of less than 50% of the agreed quantities through Sumo during the 6 months, with more than 50% were issued independently outside the agreement and contrary to the Constitution."
