The director of the Office of Khanaqin to implement Article 140 Aldloa Adnan said his office and based on the directives of Chairman of the Committee on the implementation of Article 140 of Hadi al-Amiri directors authorized areas and districts of the Office of Khanaqin receipt of applications covered by the forms and distribution of them.
He Aldloa during his speech to the Kurdistan News Agency (Rn) that "the areas covered by Article 140 and subject to the Office of Khanaqin is Badrah and my part Jassan and Zurbatiyah in Wasit, and aspects of Mandali and Gazzanah and Saadia and Jalawla venerable Tu and the field in Diyala addition to the center of Khanaqin."
