Article 140 of the Commission looking into the possibility distribution and receipt of transactions are covered by them electronically

Baghdad (news) .. looking to the Commission on the implementation of Article (140) Constitutional possibility of distributing the forms and receive electronic transactions covered by the regulations and decisions of the Committee as the system adopted in some ministries.
An official source said in a statement to the reporter Agency (news) said on Tuesday: The system will raise a lot about the shoulders of the citizens, and ease congestion on the offices of the citizens to hand over their transactions.
And: that the Committee also discussed the mechanism of the offices and the problems and constraints faced by these offices, where I decided to set up committees competent for the purpose of conducting field visits an inspection to the offices of the Commission and the offices of members of the link in the provinces for the work and the performance of these offices and make sure the extent of their commitment to the regulations and instructions approved by the Committee (140).
The Committee had announced in October of last year that it has distributed more than 77 thousand instrument to covered by this Article of the arrivals and deportees in the offices of Kirkuk, Sinjar, Khanaqin until the eighth of September of last year. / Finished
