Judicial Institute opens the first administrative session of Ministry of justice personnel

In order to improve staff expertise in various functional area specialization
Judicial Institute opened the first administrative session for staff of the Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Department of Justice planning in various administrative areas and period (23-30/8/2015). The Director-General of the judicial Institute Advisor Dr. Riaz Hussain, during the opening session of the meeting of the judicial Institute of Baghdad, the goal of this course is to improve expertise of staff in various administrative areas, indicating that the session included several special lectures (promotion and annual premium and disciplinary sanctions and their effects and drag the hand and periodic holidays and sick and investigative committees and how they formed and the administrative decision and its effects). The Director said: It is necessary to acquaint the employee with laws and instructions relating to his civil service Act No. 24 of 1960 and the law of the State and other personnel discipline, striking that explains the mechanism of promotion and the application and impact of thanks and appreciation for your service, how to activate article 8 concerning the administrative address and scope of administrative court in that, in addition to the management and other administrative systems standards.
