The Supreme Judicial Council of administrative justice establishes workshop and human rights

Baghdad (newsletter).The Supreme Judicial Council in cooperation with the International Institute for supporting the rule of law and the Iraqi Committee to support the independence of the judiciary in judicial development Institute building workshop of administrative justice and human rights.
A Council received (News News Agency) on Monday about the Iraqi Committee member to support the independence of the judiciary, judge Abdul Sattar Bayraqdar stressing the importance of administrative justice as one of the main guarantees for the employee in work.
The statement also quoted the State Council Adviser Ahmed almeeny and member of the Iraqi Committee to support the independence of the judiciary which zigzag through the formation of the Court of administrative justice under the provisions of paragraph (1), item (ii) of article 7 of the law of the State Council No. (65) of 1979, adding terms and how to appeal to the Court and what are the procedures followed by the Court.
Almeeny explained that the Tribunal is not competent to hear appeals relating to acts of sovereignty as the regulations and resolutions issued by the President of the Republic and administrative decisions that draw law their way as the objection and appeal.
The intervention of the Criminal Court is not a Court of administrative justice, the Supreme Judicial Council almeeny that responded were formed under the law of the State Council of the Ministry of justice are subordinated to the latter as responded to intervention on the possibility of opening or creating other courts in the provinces, saying faith is pending the decision of the Council of State.
With regard to the problem of removed the almeeny that must be ordered by the Minister and not agents or managers SIC stressed that Councillors of grades being non-employees.
