Abadi orders make arrangements to open the Green Zone to citizens

Twilight News / issued Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, his orders to the competent security leaders to establish the necessary arrangements to open the Green Zone to the citizens.
The prime minister's office said in a statement that "al-Abadi ordered the band to own and Baghdad Operations Command to establish the necessary arrangements to open the Green Zone to the citizens."
And it includes the Green Zone government Mgara and the homes of senior officials, a heavily fortified area.
