He added, "The government's banking sector is suffering from a very large problems so we find that most of the countries of the world especially the developed European countries in the banking sector we find depends on the public sector to a single bank for the purpose of Alracbh and control over the dealings of it is to be there any case flawless in his work.
"He noted, that" the Iraqi private banks seeking to find ways to expand their constituencies to provide banking services, but it collide with obstacles laws and red tape ugly and bureaucracy in dealing with state institutions.
"and between, that" the government if it wants to the banking sector that develops them to take care of the banking sector and the private from banks Islamic civil, and it must establish procedures and mechanisms contribute to the development of this vital sector and important and face any financial crisis facing Iraq, and the central bank in the last period cares banks own.
