Iraq and Iran conclude economic talks with the signing of three agreements

Twilight news/Iraqi Finance Ministry announced Monday that Minister Hoshyar Zebari signed with his Iranian counterpart three economic agreements between the two countries.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry and the response to twilight news, economy and Finance Minister Ali OK Nya met at the Ministry's headquarters Tuesday evening, Minister of Finance of Iraq, Hoshyar Zebari, and his entourage.
The statement said that during the meeting, the two sides reviewed progress of economic and trade talks between the delegations of the two countries, which resulted in the signing of three important conventions preventing double taxation, customs cooperation and mutual administrative and signed by Finance Ministers.
The statement said the national investment Commission Chief Sami Al-araji has signed the Convention on the protection and promotion of investment.
Li said that these conventions give a good ground to improve and increase economic and trade cooperation in all areas of profound and complex relations between the two countries to increase mutual cooperation.
Zebari was his first on Saturday began an official visit to Iran to discuss a number of economic issues of mutual concern between the two countries.
Zebari delegation both NIC Chairman and Director General of the General Commission for taxes and General Director of the General Administration of customs to discuss economic and trade relations.
