Council of Ministers: the application of laws on the presidencies without exception

Council of Ministers decided at its regular meeting held today under the chairmanship of Haider al-Abadi, a reduction of salaries and pensions for the three presidencies, ministers and rank shall be fixed, agents, consultants and general managers.

The prime minister's office said in a statement, "The Council of Ministers decided at its regular meeting held today under the chairmanship of Haider al-Abadi, a reduction of salaries and pensions for the three presidencies, ministers and rank shall be fixed, agents, consultants and general managers."
He added that "under this resolution canceled all decisions on salaries and pensions for the three presidencies and the Ministers, agents and general managers," stressing the need "to apply to them the general laws of the state employees without exception."
