The Council of Ministers establishes procedures for application of the customs tariff law

The Prime Minister confirmed that it was working on the necessary actions for the purpose of ensuring the application of the customs tariff law in a certain lack of Iraq-bound ceiling to apply at present.
Legal counsel said Mohammed Fadhil Jawad told Alalam "that" governmental Committee responsible for developing procedures for the purpose of securing the deal with tariff act in all relevant ministries and border crossings in the country, adding that "an end to the current border is not initialized, customs on this regard.
"The roof will be selected for the application of the law after the Government Commission in charge of its recommendations and to give a specific date for it.
The Iraqi Parliament was to convene the meeting, Saturday, Osama Al-nujaifi, the absence of 148 deputies to complete the second reading of the Bill on the second amendment to the customs tariff law No. (22) of 2010.
