BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) a member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Kurdistan Alliance Kawa Mohamed stressed that the Kurdistan Regional Government handed over to the company SOMO 50 thousand barrels of exports per day during the month of August, calling to find new oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.
He stressed the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary member Razak Mahabs earlier, that the Kurdistan Regional Government called on the federal government exceed the amounts due in accordance with the oil agreement.
And between Muhammad's (IMN) that "the charges against the province to sell oil to Israel is a political accusations," explaining that "the region to sell oil companies information, they in turn sell them to the States, and Israel are including."
He added that "the province has no authority over companies to sell oil," noting "there is no direct sale of oil from the region to Israel."
Mohammed pointed to "the existence of a previous agreement by the previous government with the port of Aqaba in Jordan, which borders Israel, and this shows that the oil will go to Israel."
It was announced in the capital, Baghdad, on the second of December 2014 from the oil agreement, reached between the negotiators of the Federal Government, headed by Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and negotiator for the provincial government, headed by Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani.
