ECONOMIST RAISE PROPOSALS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SPECIALIZED BANKS

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Iraqi Vice-President and industrialists Economists Association Bassem Jamil Anton, said he raise proposals to the Council of Ministers to improve the agricultural, industrial and real estate banking and housing fund performance.
And between Anton's (IMN) that "these proposals to encourage investment business in the four banks and raising the red tape and bureaucracy and to refrain from downloading citizen health breasts in banking documents and operation of the energies of youth in the banks."
Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister Mohammed confirmed the appearance last month, the Banking Act No. 94 of 2004, which includes a lot of mistakes and a lack of terminology in the Arabic language.
He pointed out that "hopefully in a short period of time that these four banks support all the provinces through the loan provided by the central bank and investment for small loans."
He continued that "the agricultural, industrial and real estate banking and housing fund will contribute to the revitalization of the economic sector in the provinces and reduce unemployment."
And called for the economic and investment commission in Parliament last week, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to send a draft central bank law and banks and government for the purpose of modified and approved by the Parliament.
