Accountability: Qatar conference of national reconciliation

Vice-President of the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice Bakhtiar Abdullah, said that the Qatar conference of national reconciliation.
According to Abdullah, he told all of Iraq [where], "Qatar conference it [reconciliation], because it was a conspiracy against Iraq, where he participated by opposition parties and the Baath Party Daash any means that are sent to the mask."
He added that "reconciliation key and the basis of which is accountability, and that the separation between the Baathists who have blood on their hands the blood of Iraqis, while the back of no blood on his hands, to the community," noting that "to amend the law of the approach of the Committee from this point, but he was not taken into consideration."
And between Abdullah "We have amended the draft accountability and justice law, and the proximity of reconciliation, but the prime minister and others made a further amendment," explaining, "If our amendment dish we would have closer to reconciliation."
On the pillars of the former regime property, Abdullah said, "Snstrd these properties, but there is difficulty in terms of international cooperation, as the governments do not cooperate with us to dispose of this property and calls for investment which, like Switzerland, Oman, Lebanon and Britain."
