Alusi: The Oil Ministry has the right to terminate the contracts with oil companies in the era of al-Maliki contracts

MP for the Civil Democratic Alliance Mithal al-Alusi today that the Oil Ministry has the legal right to review contracts for licensing rounds in the event of a company lagged in the implementation of the contracted items.
He said al-Alusi said in an interview with "direction Press" The Oil Ministry has the legal right to review licensing rounds in the event of lagged a company in the implementation of the contract with the ministry, noting that the contracts concluded in the reign of al-Maliki is subject to dissolution or decline being undergone technical and legal committees before ratification.
He added that the ministry has the right to impose penalties up to the termination of the contract with the company in the event of discovered weakness in the implementation of the plan set by the contracting companies.
