Former deputy: Some blocs approve the partition plan but does not reveal so

Former MP Talal Hussein al-Zobaie that Article 116 of the Constitution stipulates that Iraq is not the central provinces, stressing that there are other materials provided on the need for there to be a guard for the region.
Zobaie said in the channel where the "direction" of space that the Peshmerga forces draw their legitimacy from being the guard to the Kurdistan region, noting that the provinces impose today presumably through the delusions that hit the state of the Iraqi body and brought the country to what it is now.
He Zobaie believed that the Americans came to the division of Iraq, pointing out that some of the blocs approve the partition plan, but it can not divulge it in front of audiences, because it is not logical to speak against the US presence while at the same time calling for the partitioning publicly.
Referred to as the head of clan elders Council Duster against Daash Faisal al-Assaf he said in an earlier interview to the channel "direction" that the United States has its own agenda aimed from behind the division of Iraq in order to weaken it and implement its interests in the country, at the request of some Arab countries that are trying to destabilize and dissemination sectarianism among the sons of one people.
