Iraq refers to economic and technical cooperation with Kuwait to parliament Agreement

Agencies - agreed the Iraqi government, on Tuesday, the draft law on ratification of economic and technical cooperation agreement with the State of Kuwait and submitted to Parliament for approval law.
The Iraqi cabinet said in a statement issued after its regular, it approved the draft law on ratification of the agreement signed between Kuwait and Iraq in June 2013 law, and referred it to Parliament for approval based on the Constitution.
The Kuwaiti and Iraqi governments have signed during the visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Iraq in June 2013, six of understanding on environmental and diplomatic cooperation, higher education, economic and technical agreements.
According to the Iraqi constitution, all agreements signed by the Iraqi government with the States, shall be considered only after ratification by the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
The Iraqi parliament has unanimously approved last Thursday on a draft law on ratification of trade cooperation between Iraq and Kuwait Agreement signed on December 28, 2014. Q, Q Law
