Najib: trillion dinars volume of housing loans to citizens and all provinces

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) for the economic and investment commission in Parliament, said the size of the financial allocations which provided loans for the reconstruction of housing and reached one trillion dinars have been distributed to the relevant banks to lend submitted by citizens in all governorates.
Said committee member Najiba Najib's (IMN), that "the Central Bank launched trillion Iraqi dinars for projects of Construction and Housing financial allocations in coordination with the Ministry of Construction and Housing Fund in order to meet the needs of citizens and to address the housing crisis in all the provinces."
She said Najib "The amount was distributed to the relevant banks such projects in order to provide loans to citizens submitted on lending transactions for the Housing Fund", adding that "the launch of that money has been in conjunction with the allocations for the advancement of agriculture and industry in the form of loans to support small businesses."
She pointed out that "the issue of housing is very important for the lives of citizens and especially with the increasing population density and the granting of loans to citizens will help to find or build housing projects fill the need in this aspect," pointing out that "will be granted housing loans to citizens an interest rate of up to 4% and are repaid on over five years. "
He noted that "the main conditions to be provided by applicants to receive loans are those that have the financial and other guarantees of any sponsor and pay enough to repay the loan on the specified term for them."
The Minister of Construction and Housing Tariq Kikhany previously announced a new amendment to the instructions of the housing fund lending department, noting that the amendment beneficiary can choose one of two methods to collect loan payments.
Said Kikhany in an earlier statement that the first way to repay the loan in two installments where by the fund, and received the first installment in the amount of 80% of the loan amount to the beneficiary after ending the roofing stage, the second installment of 20% of the loan amount be delivered at the completion of the beneficiary acts of terminations, which They include water, electricity, windows and poured floors and door frames and the development of complete whiteness.
As it is in accordance with the second method repayment of the loan in three installments, the first installment of 35% of the loan amount at the completion of the beneficiary Alebattlo stage, and the second installment in the amount of 45% percent of the loan amount at the completion of the beneficiary stage roofing (thatched structure), the third installment in the amount of 20% of the the completion of the loan amount when the beneficiary also stage finishes.
Housing Fund is being modified instructions and mechanisms of lending from time to time, in order to provide Acer roads and ensure borrowers citizens service as the best.
