Parliamentary Finance: Oil problem between the center and the region will not be resolved

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Thursday that the problem of oil between the center and the region will not be resolved and will be an obstacle to the budget in 2016.
Said committee member Husam punitive for "Sky Press" that "the problem of oil between the center and the region will not be solved, one of the obstacles that stand before the 2016 budget as well as it exported 3,600 million difficult to achieve because in the previous year it was 3,300 barrels a planned did not happen."
He punitive "We are now facing a big problem in regards to the current year's budget."
The strong disagreements got about how to export oil between the center and the region is still well.
