10/23/15
BAGHDAD / Sky Press: expert considered legal affairs Saad al-Tamimi, on Friday, that the right of the prime minister Haider al-Abadi file a lawsuit against Saleem al-Jubouri, against the backdrop of the House of Representatives staff salaries without deduction, passed by the Council of Ministers.
He said Tamimi's "Sky Press," that "the Council of Ministers has not been implemented reforms, and the legislature had violated what was endorsed by the executive branch and thus can Abadi sue Saleem al-Jubouri," noting that "politicians do not agree on the country-specific policy process, including the legislative and executive power."
He added that "quotas and divisions own blocs still exist and this law and the issue of quotas in line with other blocs and at the expense of the people."
