Iraq looks forward to friendly countries to provide financial support in its war against terrorism

BAGHDAD / National Iraqi News Agency / nina / Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari reviewed in a meeting with the Ambassadors and Representatives of the diplomatic missions of the countries of Asia, Africa and America as well as Turkey and Iran, the most prominent events in the Iraqi, regional and international arena, and the field victory against Daash gangs.
al-Jaafari said, according to a statement by his office today, “Iraq confirmed in all international forums and conferences that it does not need for the people of any country to fight on its territory, adding that the Iraqis achieved big victories in the war against Daash bravely, and will even achieve security in all of Iraqi cities, and the return of displaced families. ”
He said that “Iraq is looking forward to the support of friendly countries to provide financial support to cover necessary expenses; because Iraq is passing through exceptional circumstances represented in the cost of the war against terrorism, and lower oil prices.”
He stressed that “the demonstrations are a manifestation of democracy, and to respond to the demands of the demonstrators is the duty of all officials,” adding that “Iraq is open to all countries of the world to benefit from their expertise in all areas to support the democratic experiment, and to achieve stability, construction, and development” .
