the Ministry of Oil announced the launch of fuel card number [12] to equip citizens textured white oil in preparation for the winter season.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that "Oil Products Distribution Company outlets began processing families textured oil White according to the card fuel number [12] of 50 liters per family."
He added that " The ministry initiated the processing of citizens White oil since last August to secure the needs of citizens and provide stocks well have to prepare for next winter.
