Kurdistan: there is no legal impediment to the marketing and sale of oil in the region all over the world

US rejection of the judiciary, legal action brought by the Iraqi Oil Ministry against the Kurdistan Regional Government, on the back of the sale of oil.
The Ministry of Natural Resources in Kurdistan in a statement, that the Kurdistan Regional Government, expresses her happiness for the Texas court decision in the United States to reject the lawsuit baseless and brought by the Iraqi Oil Ministry against the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The statement said that there was no legal impediment not only in the United States nor in any other place on the exercise of the Kurdistan Regional Government right under the Iraqi constitution for the marketing and sale of oil worldwide.
