The statement noted that "the provision of advisers under the agreement between the Ministry of planning in the Kurdistan Regional Government and the World Bank in providing expertise and technical support.
"The planning Minister, also met with a delegation of the World Bank headed by Caroline winter Director of social programs in the Middle East and North Africa, with the World Bank's projects and the provision of advisory services projects, the Minister highlighted the light during the meeting mechanism of the programme and its results so far, in addition to future program plans.
"Winter explained that the Kurdistan region has been successful in the implementation of such projects and is a successful model in the region in the area of the participation of society and Government in all respects."
