ruled Kuwait's criminal court sentenced five people for a period of 01 years in jail and to force the forfeiture of funds seized after being convicted of the issue of «financing organization Daash terrorist», said network «Sky News» that the news reported that the provision also included the removal of the accused in the case for the country after execution of the sentence, in addition to developing other defendants in the case, under security surveillance for a period of 5 years.
The verdict came in a cross from the State Security in Kuwait lawsuit against seven of the defendants support and funding «Daash», as it was given the Public Prosecutor the first defendant in the case, charged with «do hostile act against a friendly country and expose Kuwait to the risk of severing ties with them in addition to being accused of fighting in the ranks of «Daash» and collect donations for the organization, also accused the prosecution the second person to train members of the «Daash» on the use of weapons and assigned to all defendants charged with the financing of terrorism ».
The defendants had admitted at a time earlier in front of the public prosecution to turn them money to «Daash» and that under the guise of fundraising Syrian people organized by the three tribes in Kuwait and collected from the collections of former MPs campaign, the defendants acknowledged that those in charge of fundraising were not aware of the matter and that their part to raise funds was the aim of relief people Syrian. an Egyptian.
