Shaways accuses Baghdad not to fulfill its obligations to the Kurdistan region

He accused the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Rose Nuri Shaways federal government of failing to fulfill its obligations to the Kurdistan region .
He said in his speech, the Middle East, held a forum in Arbil, "said Baghdad did not send less than half the share of the Kurdistan region of the financial budget," pointing to the existence of Baghdad in attempts to reduce the powers of the region.
