Najib: new investment law deals with foreign investors with flexibility

It confirmed the Kurdistan Alliance MP Najiba Najib, Saturday, that the investment, which recently approved flexible in dealing with the foreign investor law.
She said Najib told / information / "The new investment law is one of the important laws that have been applauded by the majority of specialists and politicians, economists and experts in this aspect."
She added that "the law deals with foreign investors with all Aiqidh and flexibility as well as the right to Aaattiyh valuable seizure of land purchased for residential or commercial purposes," asserting that "there are attempts to stir suspicion in this regard."
Najib explained that "when a foreign investor buys the land gradually turn into Iraqi people, for example, if carried out a housing project it will give buyers a deed which means they go back to their origin in the end,"
MP for the Kurdistan Alliance showed that "Some people underestimate this law under the arguments posting program but in general it is a big achievement."
And abounded in recent invitations to amend the investment law in line with the establishment of a secure legal environment to encourage foreign investors to operate in the country, to improve the economy and open job opportunities for young people to eliminate Batalh.anthy
