Massoud Barzani threatens to secede if the negotiations with the government in Baghdad has failed

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: the beginning of a political source, Sunday, revealed that the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, threatened secession if the negotiations with Baghdad have failed.
The source for "Sky Press," that "the President of Kurdistan, threatened to secede from Baghdad in the event of the failure of the Kurdish delegation headed by the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani in his negotiations with the prime minister Haider al-Abadi on the relationship between the province and Baghdad problems."
It is said that a Kurdish delegation high-level arrived, on Saturday, to the capital Baghdad today under the chairmanship of President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, to meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and a number of officials and political figures to discuss the outstanding issues between the KRG and the federal government, in addition to providing condolences on the death Iraqi National Congress leader Ahmad Chalabi.
