Council Baghdad reveals granting Secretariat amounts ranging between 250-600 billion a year
Baghdad Provincial Council revealed on Sunday, the granting of the secretariat of Baghdad sums of money ranging between 250 to 600 billion dinars a year, in what was considered that the current Secretary of Baghdad outside the charge circle.

The deputy chairman of the Council Atwan Atwani said that "the Baghdad Provincial Council met repeatedly honestly Baghdad and asked them a strategic vision and we got promises that the linear Baghdad and Tnzifama Zeppelin had been completed, but the truth was the opposite."

Atwani said that "the provincial council did not spare any amounts requested by the Secretariat and successive years," adding that "it was giving the Secretariat sums of money ranging from 250 to 600 billion dinars."
