BAGHDAD - and babysit - warned the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider, the government of the consequences of borrowing from the Islamic Development Bank of Qatar to meet the shortfall in the budget, the fact that this will contribute Parthan and sovereignty of Iraq to Qatar. As he says
He said Haider told the "public opinion", that "Qatar has a negative role in supporting terrorism in Iraq," calling on the government to "take into account the sovereignty of the country and not make them hostage to other countries."
