Zainab visual: the Kurdistan region owes the federal government more than 30 billion

(Independent) .. demanded the MP for the coalition of state law Zainab Arif optical Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives not to allocate a portion of the Kurdistan region in the budget of next year.
Basri said the first province to reimburse Mapzmth the federal government of its activity in the sale of oil over the past five years and in excess of $ 30 billion.
She added that the application of the Constitution and the principles of justice and equality requires the government of the province of Basra into account in payment of dues from the petro-dollar items being Almsdralrias oil which provides most of the financial revenues of the budget and the general state treasury over the past years.
Visual and confirmed that the provincial share of the budget should not be subject to political consensus Msawamat and held on behind the scenes. (End)
