BAGHDAD / Obelisk: warned the president of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, on Friday, Kurdish Peshmerga forces of targeting civilians in the district of Tuz of the province of Salah al-Din, as the government called for swift action to contain the crisis and to hold abusers to law.
