Iraq signs oil agreement with Egypt

Twilight news/the Egyptian petroleum Ministry announced that oil Minister Tarek Al Mulla, signed a memorandum of understanding with Iraq and Jordan to support cooperation in petroleum products.
Mullah said in a press release that the agreement provides "supply Jordan and Egypt with excess oil (petroleum) and natural gas raw Iraq as well as Iraqi gas export through Jordan and Egypt through the Arab gas pipeline.
Egypt suffers rising energy bills because of the substantial support for the fuel around the country with a population approaching 90 million, from a net exporter to a net importer of energy in recent years.
Mulla confirmed the agreement also "studied the appropriate mechanism for Iraqi crude exported to both Egypt and Jordan through the implementation of modern pipeline to Aqaba.
