Federal cancel a decision of the parliament to ratify the membership of one of Representatives

BAGHDAD / Obelisk: the judiciary announced on Wednesday, the cancellation of the Federal Court decision to the House of Representatives endorsed the membership of a member of parliament and his seat was awarded to the candidate with the highest number of votes from the same block.
A spokesman for the authority Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement followed 'Obelisk', that 'the Federal Court its day was held, and decided to cancel the decision of the House of Representatives to ratify the membership of MP Hussein Aziz Shaker Sharifi, who won his seat instead of another deputy was Astaizharh'.
He Bayrakdar, that 'the court decided to grant the seat to the losing candidate who received the highest number of votes of the cluster itself and maintain'.
He Bayrakdar, that the 'decision was consistent with the constitutional orientation of the Federal High Court in respect for the will of the voter, and the preference for the position of head of the block'.
