Zamili: Baghdad Municipality does not have a sincere intention to give opportunity for investors

He Zamili: The number of investors who entered for their investment in the field of waste, but there is no sincere intention of the Municipality of Baghdad and from other departments to facilitate their affairs and give them an opportunity to invest to take advantage of this aspect.
Zamili and pointed to the existence of "hidden hands in the country trying to block investment in one way or another, and enact legal, financial and routine Marqlat," explaining that "if these actions are beyond the capital can be cleaned as soon as possible."
He stressed that some of the money levies go into the pockets of corrupt such as general managers or heads of departments or collection officials, pointing to "a weakness in the Municipality of Baghdad process monitoring and control, and that those who made it are not qualified have failed in previous years."
