BAGHDAD / Sky Press, stressed the leader of a coalition of law Nuri al-Maliki, Sunday, on the necessity of activating cooperation in all economic, cultural and academic fields with Italy, as he emphasized the Italian ambassador to Iraq, his country's readiness to provide assistance in various particular economic and security fields.
Maliki confirmed in a statement received "Sky Press," on the sidelines of a meeting of the Republic of Italy to the Iraq Marco Carnelos, the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing "the necessity of activating cooperation in all economic, cultural and academic fields."
He praised al-Maliki as "Italy's role in supporting Iraq in its war against terrorism by participating in the training of military and police forces," noting that "the responsibility of the countries of the world unite their efforts in the fight against extremism and terrorism, because terrorism has no country or religion."
