US senator submit a proposed law to prevent any foreigner visited Iraq and Syria from entering America

He made a member of the US House of Representatives Democratic Senator Feinstein Dane project exempt foreigners who entered Iraq and Syria in the past five years from entering the country through the Visa Waiver Program visa law .
