Maliki cannot demote any minister - MP

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: A National Alliance MP stated that Premier Nouri al-Malkik is unable to remove any minister due to the support of his political bloc, pointing out that his entity is the only bloc capable of forming a majority government.
MP Abdul Mehdi Al-Khafaji spoke to media organs, including Aswat al-Iraq, stating that "some think that some ministers will be demoted, but it will not happened because his bloc will be the first to defend him."
"Some say that the solution is forming a majority government.
The National Alliance is the only entity that can form it because it has enough seats and is not affected by media reports," he added.
