BAGHDAD - Babinaoz (Reuters) - The representative of the United Nations in Iraq Martin Kobler after meeting Grand religious Shiite Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani in Najaf, Iraq's ability to maintain security after the withdrawal of U.S. troops by the end of this year.
Kuebler said at a press conference in Najaf, "Iraqi forces are able to maintain security after the American withdrawal, despite the problems and challenges that await the country."
