The government received a Victory

U.S. forces yesterday handed over the base Camp Victory near Baghdad core. A spokesman for U.S. forces in Iraq Lt. Col. Barry Johnson, told AFP: "was this morning (yesterday) and officially hand over the base Camp Victory to the Iraqi government." He added that "this rule is no longer under U.S. control and are in the custody of the Iraqi government fully."


He continued that "there was no celebration, just sign the papers." The base is the headquarters of U.S. forces in command of operations during the war in Iraq, as it were, in most periods of the largest number of American soldiers and contractors.
