Ali Alfalh: We call on all countries of the world to work to remove Iraq from Chapter VII
Baghdad / babysit - The National Alliance MP Ali Alfalh that Iraq made progress out of Chapter VII and that he is still working to complete this step.
The Alfalh told news of public opinion (and babysit) on Thursday said it was "based on some neighboring countries, especially neighboring Kuwait and some parties of the international organization and we do not seek to shift this to the doors of the dispute with Kuwait or any other country."
He added: "Everyone must realize that Iraq is not responsible for the crimes of Saddam, despite being in power at that time while the current regime in Iraq, a peaceful and does not want the aggression on one and it is wrong to push Iraq continuously bill crimes the previous regime, so we call on all countries of the world help Iraq after the departure of the occupier to work on him out of the seventh item to return full sovereignty and freedom. "
He continued, "The Foreign Ministry is working hard to complete this step even in its dealings with the port of Mubarak is trying to make it not hurt-by-step take him out of the seventh item."

It sound to to me as if their is still a country or group that is a hold out on somthing Iraq need to get out of CHAP 7.
