Atab league: the Americans broke all their promises by their pre-occupation and they remove Iraq from Chapter VII

Accused the Iraqi List MP for the American League Atab destroy the infrastructure in Iraq and breaking all the promises that they declared before the occupation, "urging them to adhere to the most important, he promised to remove Iraq from Chapter VII.

Iraq has been subject since 1990 under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations imposed after the invasion of Kuwait in August of the same year, this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to the freezing of large amounts of its assets financial global banks to pay compensation for those affected by the invasion of Kuwait.
