He added that "al-Shahristani, extended his thanks to the committees responsible for the implementation of these projects in the province of Najaf to achieve completion rates high in some of the projects," saying that "the completion of these projects in the governorate of Najaf is part of the fulfillment of the Imam Ali {p} and the province of Najaf to the deep historical and cultural and geographical. "
Abdullah said that "al-Shahristani is to form a committee to be chaired by the Governor and members of the representatives of the Ministry of Municipalities and the concerned ministries of electricity and the rank of director general were present in the province, as well as employees of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to have this committee work around the clock."
He said in his speech that "al-Shahristani said during his talk with the officials and members of the Najaf provincial council that he will get on the powers of the Council of cabinets to overcome obstacles to the completion of these projects for the transfer of materials in the customs or other issues."
He said the "Shahristani stressed there should be no cases of extortion and cases of financial and administrative corruption to lack of time," stressing that "it will continue to own and will answer all wishing to stealing and delaying the completion of this project."
The prime minister has allocated 573 billion dinars ready to celebrate the city of Najaf, the capital of Islamic culture for 2012.
The Ministers of Culture in Islamic countries have agreed during their meeting in the Azerbaijani capital Baku in August 2008 on the grounds of Najaf, about 160 km south of Baghdad, the capital of Islamic culture for 2012, prompting Iraqi authorities to allocate funds to implement some projects in the city in preparation to celebrate the occasion.
