Attorney Yasiri: No excuse for the UN to keep Iraq under Chapter VII, after the completion of sovereignty

BAGHDAD / Nina / MP sign a coalition of state law that Yasiri Yasser Ghazi of Iraq out of Chapter VII in 2012 after the completion of sovereignty, U.S. out later this year.
He said in a statement to the Agency for National Iraqi News / Nina / today: "Most countries were wary of removing Iraq from Chapter VII, being undiminished sovereignty because of the presence of U.S. troops in it," noting that after the departure of the troops there would be no excuse not to get Iraq out of this item.
He Yasiri: "Today the most suitable time for serious action from the government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Council of Representatives, to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of the country in order to deal independently with the treaties and international conventions without the intervention of the United Nations."
He said: "Iraq is in dire need to get out of this item unjust to his people, sovereignty, and sovereignty is incomplete to complete the construction and development of his abilities."
Iraq has been subject since 1990 under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations imposed after the invasion of Kuwait in August of the same year, this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to the freezing of large amounts of its assets financial global banks to pay compensation for those affected by the invasion of Kuwait.
He called the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon last November, Iraq to "fulfill its obligations to Kuwait, in particular Security Council resolution No. (833) on the demarcation of the border to get out of the penalty provisions of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations". / End 8
