11/12/2011 | (Voice of Iraq) - Add comments - leave Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's Baghdad today, heading to Washington DC at the invitation of U.S. President Barack Obama will meet with Maliki during the visit by U.S. President and officials in the Ministries of Defense and State and other institutions in the U.S. administration. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries in light of the strategic framework agreement, the relationship of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America.
