On Saturday, Rafidain Bank directed to expedite the development of solutions to customer problems.
The bank stated in a statement seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that
“Director of Rafidain Bank, Ali Karim Hussein, chaired a meeting that included directors of some Baghdad branches in the presence of assistants and directors of public administration departments,” noting that
“the meeting witnessed the discussion of several topics related to banking work.” He added,
"Hussein listened to a detailed explanation of the reality of the branches' work and the problems and obstacles facing their work and overcoming the difficulties,"
directing them to "expedite the development of the necessary solutions to those problems and obstacles they face. "
The bank director urged, according to the statement,
“to receive customers well, attract them, deal with them in a positive manner, and meet their requirements in accordance with the legal and administrative contexts,” instructing, “that the
meeting be periodic and weekly, in order to open continuous channels with them to serve the public interest.”
