On Sunday, Rafidain Bank announced the formation of field teams to urge customers to open accounts and use electronic payment.
The bank stated in a statement seen by Al-Iqtisad News that,
“Based on the directives of the Director General of Rafidain Bank, Ali Karim Hussein, a number of the bank’s branches began implementing field tours for the purpose of attracting customers and marketing the banking services and facilities provided to segments of society.” He added,
"Roving field teams were formed to visit a number of stores and commercial centers.
These teams provided a detailed explanation of the nature of the products offered by the bank, and urged customers to open bank accounts and use electronic payment tools in daily financial transactions."
