High Nassif accuses Kuwait of intentionally keeping Iraq under Chapter VII

{Baghdad} Euphrates News accused the MP for the high-mass white Nassif Kuwait intentionally keep Iraq under Chapter VII under the pretext of the existence of Kuwaitis missing in Iraq.
Nassif said in a statement received by the Euphrates News} {a copy of it on Saturday it was "sad to see the Security Council recommended the normalization of relations with Iraq, Kuwait, especially in the search for Kuwaitis missing in Iraq since 1990."
She added: "While the Security Council and the whole world knows very well that there is not a missing Kuwaitis, not even the remains of them in Iraq with evidence that many international committees visited Iraq several times and confirmed that the allegations of Kuwait."
Noteworthy that the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon urged Iraq to fulfill its obligations to Kuwait, in particular Security Council resolution {833} on the demarcation of the border to get out of the penalty provisions of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
Nassif explained that "Kuwait Arthunt Iraq to Chapter VII and went shopping after the other arguments to prevent Iraq out of it, we do not know of any normalization talks Security Council."
She continued, "any development in the Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations depends on Kuwait down its hostile policy toward Iraq in all fields."
The UN Security Council decided in December 2010 to keep the immunity to Iraqi funds and extension of the deposit of Iraqi oil revenues into the Development Fund of Iraq to the United Nations to the end of the year 2011, which is a continuation of the policy of imposing sanctions on Iraq under Chapter VII.
